Overview

Camera module evaluation kit from TechNexion compatible with evaluation modules (EVMs) and single-board computers (SBCs) featuring AM6x processors.

Sensor - OmniVision OV5640 MIPI-CSI2 CMOS image sensor: up to 5MP resolution, color, rolling shutter, and on-chip ISP.

Lens - 84 Degree M12 Lens with IR-Cut Filter

Connector - adapter board converting from TechNexion 70-pin camera connector to standard 15-pin and 22-pin FFC connectors common to multiple EVMs and SBCs

  • 24.5 mm x 24.5 mm PCB size, 21.4 mm pitch for mounting holes
  • 15-pin and 22-pin standard FFC connector type
  • MIPI-CSI2 interface, I2C communication
  • Bare PCB, M12 S-mount with 84-degree FOV lens installed
  • Power delivered through FFC at 3.3V, 2.8V and 1.8V rails generated by adapter board
  • OV5640 image sensor with upstream Linux driver and on-chip ISP
  • VizionViewer™ SDK for Linux
