At TI, our technology and our people are changing the world.
Our semiconductor chips can be found in every type of electronic system – from electric vehicles to industrial robots, solar panels to satellites.
We were pioneers in the transition of the world from vacuum tubes to transistors and then to integrated circuits – and we’ve been advancing semiconductor technology for decades. Each generation of innovation builds upon the last to make technology smaller, more efficient, more reliable and more affordable – making it possible for semiconductors to go into electronics everywhere. We think of this as Engineering Progress.
Living our values

Shaping the future
Our goal is to create and foster a culture where our people can be themselves and deliver their very best. From the engineers designing and testing products in our labs to the technicians and operators fabricating semiconductors on factory floors, we are problem-solvers who are relentless in our drive to help our customers succeed.
Building stronger communities
Since 2010, our employees and retirees have personally donated more than $114 million and volunteered 1.9 million hours of their time to solve local needs and improve the lives of our neighbors. Together, they mentor students, coach student robotics competitions to help build STEM skills and confidence, volunteer at food banks and homeless shelters, clean up neighborhoods, plant trees and give valuable time to serve their communities in other ways.
Creating a sustainable future
We're committed to responsible, sustainable manufacturing, producing high-quality chips more efficiently and innovating semiconductor technology that contributes to a sustainable future. Our focus is on taking meaningful actions in key environmental areas, including reducing energy consumption and emissions, reusing more water and reducing waste. Our semiconductor products also help reduce environmental impacts in a growing list of ways, such as making electric motors smarter, electrifying vehicles for a cleaner environment and preserving natural resources by sensing water and gas leaks.
