Lehi, Utah: 300mm wafer fabs

Building the next era of semiconductor manufacturing

Manufacturing in Lehi, Utah

Our two 300-millimeter wafer fabrication plants sit in the heart of Utah’s Silicon Slopes. Our first fab started production in 2022, and will connect to our second fab currently under construction on the same site, which is expected to go into production as early as 2026.

At full production, our two wafer fabs in Lehi will manufacture tens of millions of analog and embedded processing chips every day that will go into electronics everywhere. These fabs are a part of TI’s long-term strategy to build manufacturing capacity to support customer growth for decades to come.
