High efficiency digital-power controller
Our digital-power controllers provide dedicated hardware peripherals with simpler firmware development to maximize power density and efficiency with flexibility to implement many power topologies. Developed and optimized for power-supply applications, our digital-power controllers do not limit bandwidth, latency or transient response which saves MIPS for housekeeping or multi-tasking. Dual memory bank architecture makes firmware updates seamless with zero downtime. Control schemes can be non-linear, zero-voltage switching (resonant or PWM), with analog modules providing dead-time compensation for higher average efficiency plus robust fault protections.
