S6_UTIL

The S6 Util software program can be used for both Tag-it™ and ISO 15693 protocols. It was designed to be used with the S6500 (which supports Tag-it™ and ISO 15693 Protocol) and the S6000 reader-only supports the Tag-it™ protocol. The software works with WIN 95/98/2000/NT.

S4100 Utility Software

The MFR Download Utility is a self-installing program which allows users to update the base application firmware in the MFR using a PC and an RS-232 connection. It can also be used to download custom firmware to the MFR. To install, download the .zip file and double-click "Setup.exe".

• MFR Base Application v000B (MFRBase_000B.zip, 53 KB)

The MFR Base Application allows users to communicate with the MFR module via PC issued RS-232 commands using the protocol described in the Reference Manuals. It generally comes pre-installed with the MFR, but can be downloaded in case of an update. In the event custom firmware has been downloaded to an MFR, the module's factory settings can be restored by downloading the Base Application again.

The S6350 Utility is a Windows based application that interfaces with the S6350 reader and provides a means to demonstrate the functional capabilities of the HF-I Midrange Evaluation Kit. It allows the execution of commands such as reading and writing information to and from both Tag-it™ HF and Tag-it™ HF-I (ISO compatible) transponders. S6350 Reader Utility is a tool that can be employed to assist in reader setup, tuning, or diagnosis, and can additionally log transponder responses for initial experimentation and testing. System Requirements: 1.5MB available hard drive space, Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT operating system.

Tag-it™ Navigator™

S6_Utility software is the updated software version for the Tag-it™ S6000 reader and should replace the Tag-it™ Navigator™ software.

The Tag-it™ Navigator™ is a Windows 95/98 program which interfaces to the Tag-it™ Commander™ 320 reader unit. It supports Tag-it™ Commander™ 320 firmware versions 1.97 or newer. After downloading, run the file Setupnav.exe to install the program.

Before running the program for the first time, it is preferable to connect a Tag-it™ Commander™ 320 unit to the PC with the supplied serial cable, and to switch the unit on. This allows the Tag-it™ Navigator™ to search for the connected reader unit at start-up.

Note: If you are downloading this program to replace a older version, please uninstall the existing program before installing this version.
