The TPS61094 boost converter features the industry's lowest quiescent current (Iq) and an integrated buck mode for supercapacitor charging. In this brief demo, we see how the TPS61094 automatically transitions into boost mode to supply an output voltage from a backup capacitor when disconnected from line power.
