9.3.9 System Monitor

The ADS124S0x provides a set of system monitor functions. These functions measure the device temperature, analog power supply, digital power supply, or use current sources to detect sensor malfunction. System monitor functions are enabled through the SYS_MON[2:0] bits of the system control register (09h).
