9.3.5 ΔΣ Modulator

Each ADS131E08S channel has its own delta-sigma (ΔΣ) ADC. The ΔΣ converters use second-order modulators optimized for low-power applications. The modulator samples the input signal at the modulator rate of (fMOD = fCLK / 2). As with any ΔΣ modulator, the ADS131E08S noise is shaped until fMOD / 2, as shown in Figure 23.
