SBASAL7 March 2023 AMC1306M25E
PRODUCTION DATA
In GUID-15A2ACCA-22E9-4364-AB0F-846A057FF978.html#FIG_T1T_FRV_RNB, the high-side power supply (AVDD) for the AMC1306M25E is derived from the floating power supply of the upper gate driver, using a resistor (R4) and a Zener diode (D1).
The floating ground reference (AGND) is derived from the end of the shunt resistor that is connected to the negative input of the AMC1306M25E (INN). If a four-pin shunt is used, the inputs of the AMC1306M25E are connected to the inner leads and AGND is connected to the outer lead on the INN-side of the shunt. To minimize offset and improve accuracy, route the ground connection as a separate trace that connects directly to the shunt resistor rather than shorting AGND to INN directly at the input to the device. See the GUID-546A202E-F729-4EEB-8942-CDEBD55D4104.html#TITLE-SBAS734TOCWRAPPER_LAYOUT section for more details.
