8.4.1 Power-Up and Reset

The AMC131M02 is reset in one of three ways: by a power-on reset (POR), by the SYNC/RESET pin, or by a RESET command. After a reset occurs, the configuration registers are reset to the default values. Therefore, the DC/DC converter is disabled when a reset occurs. The internal DC/DC converter must be enabled after any type of reset for the device to begin generating conversion data, such as the power-on-reset, or a reset using a RESET command, or a reset using the SYNC/RESET pin.
