Application Curve

The effective number of bits (ENOB) is often used to compare the performance of ADCs and ΔΣ modulators. Figure 7-3 shows the ENOB of the AMC3306M25-Q1 with different oversampling ratios. By using Equation 3, this number is also calculated from the SINAD:
