7.3.8.3.1 Battery Undervoltage Lockout

If VIN is not present (VIN<VIN_UVLO), VBAT needs to be higher than VBUVLO for the device to be powered up.

In battery mode and ship mode (including LDO1-ON ship mode), the device is turned off if VBAT falls below VBUVLO.
