7.4.2 Battery Mode

When VBAT rises above VBUVLOZ, the device is powered on when adapter is not present and the device is in battery mode.With VBAT > VBATDEPLZ, the BATFET is turned on. The system is powered by the battery and BATFET is protected by the battery overcurrent protection (see Section 7.3.8.4 for details).

In battery mode, if the battery voltage falls below VBATDEPL, the BATFET is turned off. If VBAT falls below VBUVLO, the device is turned off with no adapter.
