7.3.12 15-Second VIN Watchdog for Hardware Reset

The 15-second watchdog can be enabled/disabled through I2C by the WATCHDOG_15S_ENABLE bit. When the function is enabled, the device implements the Hardware Reset if the host does not respond 15 seconds after the adapter is connected with VIN_PGOOD_STAT being set.If the adapter is connected and the host responds before the 15-second watchdog expires, the part continues operating normally.
