8.3.10.4.4 Bypass Mode Battery Undervoltage

In bypass mode, if VBAT falls below VBAT_OTG, the battery is considered depleted. OTG mode is exited by setting EN_OTG = EN_BYPASS_OTG = 0, and BAT_FAULT_STAT and BAT_FAULT_FLAG are set to 1. Setting EN_OTG = EN_BYPASS_OTG = 1 while VBAT < VBAT_OTG will not enter OTG and the EN_OTG and EN_BYPASS_OTG bits will be cleared to 0. When the battery is charged above VBAT_OTG, OTG mode may be entered by setting EN_OTG = 1.
