An OTD fault is when the temperature increases such that the voltage across an NTC thermistor goes below the OTD voltage threshold, VOTD. Both CHG and DSG are turned off if the fault condition lasts for an OTD delay time, tOTD_DELAY. The OTD fault recovers when the voltage across thermistor gets above OTD recovery threshold, VOTD_REC, a time of an OTD delay.
