9.1.1.7 Using a State Comparator in an Application

The state comparator does not have built-in hysteresis. It is normal to observe the FET body diode protection toggling on and off with the VSTATE_C1 or VSTATE_D1 accuracy range. In a typical application, the sense resistor is selected according to the application current, which usually is not close to the state comparator threshold.
