A UTD fault occurs when the temperature decreases such that the voltage across an NTC thermistor goes above the UTD voltage threshold, VUTD. Both CHG and DSG are turned off if the fault condition lasts for a UTD delay time. The UTD fault recovers when the voltage across the thermistor gets below the UTD recovery threshold, VUTD_REC, a time of the UTD delay.
