TWO_STOP_EN =Enables two stop bits for the UART in case of severe oscillator error in the host and device.
0 = One STOP bit

NFAULT_EN =Enables the NFAULT function.
0 = NFAULT always pulled up
1 = NFAULT pulled low to indicate an unmasked fault is detected.
