10.2.1.2.8 Daisy Chain Isolation

The device works with multiple daisy chain isolation types: capacitor isolation, capacitor-choke isolation, and transformer isolation. For devices that are daisy-chained on the same PCB, capacitor isolation without ESD diode as shown in Figure 10-7 is sufficient. Unused COMLP/H or COMHP/N pins must be connected with 1-kΩ termination resistor.
