Description

The DLP160CP digital micromirror device (DMD) is a digitally controlled micro-opto-electromechanical system (MOEMS) spatial light modulator (SLM). When coupled to an appropriate optical system, the DLP160CP DMD displays a crisp and high-quality image or video. DLP160CP is part of the chipset comprising the DLP160CP DMD and DLPC3421 controller. This chipset is also supported by the DLPA2000, DLPA2005, and DLPA3000 (HD configuration only) PMIC/LED driver. The compact physical size of the DLP160CP is well-suited for portable equipment where a small form factor and low power are important. The compact DLP160CP DMD coupled with the controller and PMIC/LED driver provides a complete system solution that enables a small form factor, low power, and high image-quality displays.
