(1) Operation
outside the Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause
permanent device damage. Absolute Maximum Ratings
do not imply functional operation of the device at
these or any other conditions beyond those listed
under Recommended Operating Conditions. If outside
the Recommended Operating Conditions but within
the Absolute Maximum Ratings, the device may not
be fully functional, and this may affect device
reliability, functionality, performance, and
shorten the device
lifetime.
(2) All voltage values are with
respect to GND (VSS).
VOFFSET, VCC,
VBIAS, VRESET and
VSS power supplies are required for the
normal DMD operating mode.
(3) To prevent excess current,
the supply voltage delta |VBIAS –
VOFFSET| must be less than 8.75 V.
(4) The highest temperature of the
active array (as calculated in
Section 7.6) or of any point along the Window Edge as
defined in
Figure 7-1.
(5) The DLP2000 DMD is intended
for use in well controlled, low dew point
environments. Please contact your local TI sales
person or TI distributor representative to
determine if this device is suitable for your
application and operating environment compared to
other DMD solutions.
DLP®
Products offers a broad portfolio of DMDs suitable
for a wide variety of applications.
(6) Temperature delta is the
highest difference between the ceramic test point
1 (TP1) and anywhere on the window edge as shown
in
Figure 7-1.
