6.3.3 External Power FET Selection

The DLPA3085 requires five external N-type power FETs for proper operation. Two power FETs are required for the illumination buck converter section (FETs LEXT and MEXT in Figure 7-3) and three power FETs are required for the LED selection switches (FETs PEXT, QEXT, and REXT in Figure 7-3). This section discusses the selection criteria for these FETs:
