7.4.1.1 1000BASE-T

The DP83869HM supports the 1000BASE-T standard as defined by the IEEE 802.3 standard. In 1000M mode, the PHY will use four MDI channels for communication. The 1000BASE-T can work in Auto-Negotiation mode. The PHY can be configured in 1000BASE-T through the register settings (Section 7.4.8) or strap settings (Section 7.5.1.2).
