9.3 Power Supply Recommendations

The device is designed to operate with an input voltage supply (VM) range from 4.5V to 40V. A 0.1-µF ceramic capacitor rated for VM must be placed as close to the device as possible. Also, an appropriately sized bulk capacitor must be placed on the VM pin.
