7.3.8.2 Thermal Shutdown (TSD)

If the die temperature exceeds thermal shutdown limits (TTSD), all FETs in the H-bridge are disabled and the nFAULT pin is driven low. After the die temperature decreases to a value within the specified limits, normal operation resumes automatically. The nFAULT pin is released after operation starts again.
