9.3.1 Power Dissipation

The total power dissipation in the DRV89XX-Q1 device constitutes three main components as the power dissipation in full-bridges (PDRV) due to on-state resistance (RDS(ON)), power dissipation due to switching losses in FETs (PSW) and power losses due to quiescent current consumption (PQ).
