Calculate Temperature Offset Value

Table 7-12 documents the programmed offset value that is represented by each individual relative temperature offset bit within TOS. The minimum programmable offset is 0.1708984375°C and the maximum programmable offset is 21.7041015625°C. The changing temperature offset does not affect the RH reading, despite RH typically being dependent on temperature.
