Auto Measurement Mode: Extreme Measurement History

Within Auto Measurement Mode, the HDC302x-Q1 maintains a history of the maximum and minimum measurement for temperature and relative humidity (described as variables MIN T, MAX T, MIN RH, and MAX RH). Table 7-8 summarizes the status of MIN T, MAX T, MIN RH, and MAX RH after device reset.

The values of MIN T, MAX T, MIN RH, and MAX RH are updated only in auto measurement mode. The values can be read out in auto measurement mode and during sleep mode. These values can be reset to the starting value only with a reset event. Figure 7-14 illustrates the I2C sequence for measurement readout of MIN T, MAX T, MIN RH, and MAX RH.
