8.5.1 I2C Interface

The HDC302x-Q1 operates only as a target device on the I2C bus. Multiple devices on the same I2C bus with the same address are not allowed. Connection to the bus is made through the open-drain I/O lines, SCL and SDA. After power up, the sensor needs the sensor power-up ready time, SensorPUR, before the sensor can begin the acquisition of temperature and relative humidity measurements. All data bytes are transmitted MSB first.
