PRODUCTION DATA
The INA310x-Q1 is a high or low-side high-speed current-sense amplifier that offers a wide common-mode range, precision zero-drift topology, excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and fast slew rate. Different gain versions are available to optimize the output dynamic range based on the application. The INA310x-Q1 is designed using an architecture that enables low input bias current of 20 µA with a specified common-mode voltage range from −4 V to 110 V with signal bandwidths up to 1.3 MHz. The INA310x-Q1 incorporates an open-drain comparator and internal reference providing a 0.6-V threshold. An external resistor divider sets the current trip point. The comparator includes a latching capability, that can be made transparent by grounding (or leaving open) the RESET pin (see the RESET Function section).
