The LSF devices can perform voltage translation
for open-drain or push-pull interfaces. provides common interfaces and the corresponding device recommendation from the
LSF family which supports the corresponding bit count.

Some important reminders regarding the LSF family of devices are as follows:
- LSF devices are switch-based, not buffer-based (for more information, see the TXB family for buffer-based devices).
- Specific data rates cannot be calculated by using 1/Tpd.
- VCCB/VCCA are not the same
as Vref_B or Vref_A: VCCB refers to the
B-side supply voltage supplied to the LSF device, while Vref_B
refers to the voltage at the Vref_B pin (pin 7 of Figure 9-1) on
the other side of the 200 kΩ resistor.
