6.7 Spy-Bi-Wire Interface (SBW)

The MSP low-power microcontrollers support the 2-wire SBW interface. SBW can be used to interface with MSP development tools and device programmers. Table 6-6 lists the SBW interface pin requirements. For further details on interfacing to development tools and device programmers, see the MSP430 Hardware Tools User's Guide.
