The MSP430FR267x ultra-low-power MCUs are FRAM-based MCUs with integrated high-performance charge-transfer CapTIvate technology in ultra-low-power high-reliability high-flexibility MCUs. The MSP430FR267x MCU features up to 16 self-capacitance or 64 mutual-capacitance electrodes, proximity sensing, and high accuracy up to 1-fF detection.
