Low Input Bias Current

The OPAx391 achieve very low input bias current as a result of CMOS inputs and advanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry. Input bias current (IB) is primarily a function of the input protection scheme in CMOS input amplifiers. If careful consideration is not taken with the ESD cells, a CMOS input device can exhibit large input bias currents, especially over temperature. The OPAx391 achieve excellent input bias current ratings of ±30 pA maximum at 125°C.
