Overview

The OPAx994-Q1 family (OPA994-Q1 and OPA2994-Q1) is a family of high voltage (24-V) general purpose operational amplifiers.

The OPAx994-Q1 family has a wide gain bandwidth of 25 MHz when no capacitive load is present. These devices have unlimited capacitive load drive and are able to drive large capacitive loads without continuous oscillations.

These devices also offer excellent DC precision, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (±200 µV, typ), and low offset drift (±0.17 µV/°C, typ).

Special features such as unlimited capacitive load drive, high short-circuit current (±150 mA, typ), and high slew rate (18 V/µs, typ) make the OPAx994-Q1 an extremely flexible, robust, and high-performance operational amplifier for high-voltage automotive applications.
