8.3.6.1.1 Input Pin Short to Ground

A short to ground fault occurs when the voltage of the input pin is measured below the threshold voltage with respect to ground (AVSS). The threshold can be set by configuring DIAG_SHT_GND, P0_R102_D7-4.
