5 Parameter Measurement Information

SN54ACT08 SN74ACT08 Load Circuit and Voltage Waveforms
A. CL includes probe and jig capacitance.
B. All input pulses are supplied by generators having the following characteristics: PRR ≤1MHz, ZO = 50Ω, tr ≤ 2.5ns, tf ≤ 2.5ns.
C. The outputs are measured one at a time with one input transition per measurement.
