8.2.7 Main Link Inputs

Each main link input (IN_D[2:0] and IN_CLK) is internally biased to 3.3-V through approximately 100-Ω (50-Ω single-ended). When using TDP1204 in DisplayPort++ applications, external AC-coupling capacitance should be used. When using TDP1204 in an HDMI application such as in an HDMI monitor, the main link inputs can be DC-coupled to a compliant HDMI transmitter. Each input data channel contains an equalizer to compensate for cable or board losses.
