Feature Description

The THVD1424 operates from 3 to 5.5V bus supply. The device has a VIO pin which allows it to interface to 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V or 5 V logic interface. Internal ESD protection circuits protect the transceiver against Electrostatic Discharges (ESD) according to IEC 61000-4-2 of up to ±8 kV (Contact Discharge), ±15 kV (Air Gap Discharge) and against electrical fast transients (EFT) according to IEC 61000-4-4 of up to ±4 kV.
