9.2.1.4 Line Switch Time

The line switch time is digitalized with the GCLK number and can be set by the LINE_SWT (Bit 40-37 in FC1 register). In this application, it is 1.5 us × 83.4 MHz = 125 GCLKs, so the LINE_SWT equals to 0011b (120 GCLKs). The actual line switch time is 1.44 us.
