SLASEK2A December 2017 – August 2018 TLC6C5724-Q1
PRODUCTION DATA.
The TLC6C5724-Q1 device monitors junction temperature all the time. Once the junction temperature exceeds the thermal shutdown threshold, all of the constant-current outputs turn off, the ERR pin is pulled low, the thermal error flag and ERR pin status are set to 1 and stay unchanged until the fault is removed and there is an ERROR clear command. During this state, all the digital functions work normally, and users can read or write data through common shift registers. After the junction temperature drops below TTEF – THYS_TEF, the device goes back to normal operation again. Users can reset the TEF flag by sending an ERROR clear command.
