8.2.2.2 Standby Mode Application Note

If the TLIN2029A-Q1 detects an under voltage on VSUP, the RXD pin transitions low and would signal to the software that the TLIN2029A-Q1 is in standby mode and should be returned to sleep mode for the lowest power state.
