7.10.1.2.4 External Supervisor Usage

VDDIO Monitoring: An external supervisor is required to monitor the VDDIO rail for in-specification operation. The internal I/O POR is intended to keep the GPIOs from glitching during power up and will hold XRSn active low during this time.
