7.10.3.4.3.3.1 X1/X2 Precondition

On this device, the GPIO19/18 alternate functionality on X1/X2 can be used to speed up the start-up time of the crystal if needed. This functionality is achieved by preconditioning the load capacitors CL1 and CL2 to a known state before the XTAL is turned on.
