The TMUX6136 offers outstanding input and output leakage currents and ultralow charge injection. The device operates up to 33 V (VDD to VSS dual supply) or 16.5 V (VDD single supply), and offers true rail-to-rail input and output. The on-capacitance of the TMUX6136 is low.
