8.1 Application Information

The TMUX6236 is part of the precision switches and multiplexers family of devices. This device operates with dual supplies (±4.5V to ±18V), a single supply (4.5V and 36V), or asymmetric supplies (such as, VDD = 5V and VSS = −8V), and offers rail-to-rail input and output. The TMUX6236 offers low RON, low on and off leakage currents and ultra-low charge injection performance. These features make the TMUX6236 a precision, robust, high-performance analog multiplexer for high-voltage, industrial applications.
