8.3.5.4 Overvoltage (OVP) Protection

The device monitors the supply voltage VS to prevent unpredicted behaviors in the event that the supply voltage is too high. When the supply increases beyond VS,OVPR, the output stage is shut down automatically. When the supply falls below VS,OVPF, the device turns on. The TPS1HTC30-Q1 integrates a deglitcher to avoid immediate output shutoff from OVP due to short transient events brought about by inductive load oscillations.
