Table 7-1 shows the expected behavior of the TPS2117. Manual mode and priority mode require MODE pin to be connected to source that is within the specification for VIH,MODE. This can be either one of the VINx sources or an external bias. For manual mode switching, PR1 is to be controlled via an external source to select between the channels. For priority mode, PR1 voltage is set via a resistor divider from VINx sources. For diode mode, voltage on the MODE pin must be within the specification for VIL,MODE.
