Adjustable Slew Rate

The CT pin is a tri-state pin, meaning that it has three different slew rates depending on the connection to the pin. The CT pin can be grounded, pulled high, or left floating. Floating defines as an effective resistance to GND or other pins greater than 10 MΩ.
